Eligibility Criteria:
- You should have completed a degree program in business administration or commerce with a focus on finance and/or accounting. It is preferable to have an authorized professional qualification (ACCA/ACA).
- You should have at least six years of proven experience in the field of finance.
- You should have prior experience with system support procedures and practical knowledge of accounting software, such as ERP.
- IFRS, business process and control, as well as legal laws and regulations and their consequences, should all be known.
- It will be helpful if the candidate has prior experience working in the aviation or airport operations industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- You’ll be in charge of designing and developing all Finance Policies and Procedures (P&P), Delegation of Authority (DoA), and system support (first-level support for Financial Systems).
- Additionally, you’ll be in charge of creating management and performance reports.
For any ongoing collaborative projects, you’ll work closely with other DA business units/departments and the Dubai Government. - You’ll perform routine audits of how the various Finance units are following Finance P&Ps and DOAs, and you’ll offer comments and solutions for any problems.
